This WebCast will cover how and where Outlook data is stored, product features that help you manage the size and usefulness of your data, and answers to the most common support questions regarding Outlook data management.

This is a Level 200 session that was recorded November 4, 1999 and presented by Scott Bradley. Scott Bradley is a Support Professional in the Messaging Unit of Product Support Services and has been with Microsoft support since December of 1990. As one of the first members of the Outlook support team, he has been involved in each release of Outlook from Outlook 97 through the current Outlook 2000 product. In addition to the traditional responsibilities of a Support Professional, Scott is actively involved in support readiness and product improvement for Outlook.
