Bobbie DuFault and Jill Trehearne. Bobbie is the PSS Product Lead for Microsoft
Works and has been a Support Professional for several years. She came to
Microsoft from a varied background of computer and customer service-related
companies. Bobbie has been a Works user since version 1.0 and has a strong
understanding of the users' needs. Jill is the PSS Backup Lead for Microsoft
Works. She started with Microsoft a little over a year and a half ago
supporting the many products in IMU (the Interactive Media Unit). Jill has a
degree in graphic design and, in the past few years, has gradually changed her
focus from designing graphics on computers to supporting the computer user.
