SYMPTOMS

When you try to add and configure more than one Hotmail account in Outlook 2002, you may receive one of the following error messages:
A connection to the server could not be established.

http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp is now in offline mode.
If you click Details, you may receive one of the following error messages:
There may be server or network problems or your timeout interval may be too short. Please search Microsoft Outlook Help for HTTP Mail Troubleshooting.

Task 'Hotmail(1):Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported error (0x800CCCF0):'The service is currently unavailable. Try again later.'

CAUSE

Outlook 2002 supports only one Hotmail service per profile.
