LAN Manager product support professional. Shortly after he became the Support Lead
for the SMS 1.0 Beta (code-named Hermes) and an Escalation Engineer for SMS. In
1996 he joined the Product Team as a Program Manager taking on the role of QFE
Manager and Beta Administrator for SMS 1.2. Rob currently handles all tool
releases and manages a PM team focused on whole system issues such as recovery
