ASP Page with Commerce.page Object Returns a VBScript Runtime Exception Error (325049)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Commerce.page object in Microsoft Site Server 3.0 Commerce Edition, you receive the following error message from the ASP page:

Microsoft VBScript runtime (0x800A01FB)
An exception occurred: 'URLShopperArgs'

This only occurs with Commerce Server 2002. This does not occur with Commerce Server 2000.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Commerce Server 2002. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

The English version of this fix has the file attributes (or later) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in coordinated universal time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time tool in Control Panel.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Commerce Server 2002 Service Pack 1 (SP1).
