During this Support WebCast, we will talk about what to do before you begin the setup process for Microsoft Windows 95, Microsoft Windows 98, and Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me). We will also discuss what to do if setup fails during installation. In addition, we will look at steps to take if there is a problem after installation.

This is a Level 200 session that was recorded July 3, 2001 and presented by Daniel Miller. Daniel Miller has been at Microsoft for more than seven years. He has been part of both first- and second-tier support on the setup teams for Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows Me. Daniel is currently the Content Lead for Windows 95 and Windows 98.
