During this session, we will discuss the feature set and
product enhancements released in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Service Pack 2 (SP2).
This session will review the updated SP2 technologies and architectures
involved, the expected improvements to your Exchange 2000 environment, and
deployment and installation procedures.
This is a

100 session that was recorded November 1, 2001 and presented by Mark
Barringer and John Rogers. Mark Barringer is a Support Professional for
Microsoft Exchange Product Support Services, and has supported Exchange Server
since the original version 4.0 beta. He specializes in Client Connectivity and
Collaboration for Exchange 5.5 and 2000. Mark has supported Exchange for over
five years, and has trained other Microsoft Support Professionals to support
Exchange Server. John Rogers is a Support Professional for Microsoft Exchange
Product Support Services, with experience supporting Small Business Server,
Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2000 Client Connectivity and Exchange Connectors.
John currently specializes in support for Exchange Connectors and has worked
with Product Support Services for several years.
