SYMPTOMS

If you write a program that uses MAPI to open messages and that uses both the IMAPISession::PrepareForm and the IMAPISession::ShowForm methods to display the messages, you receive the following error message when you reply to the messages:
Could not complete the operation because the service provider does not support it.

RESOLUTION

Service Pack Information

This problem is corrected in Microsoft Office XP Service Pack 3.
