Session Summary
During this WebCast, we will introduce Microsoft Data
Engine (MSDE) 2.0, discuss its features, and talk about the benefits of using
it. We will then focus on different ways to deploy MSDE 2.0 and the common
issues you may encounter when you deploy it. The session will also include
ideas and suggestions about how to troubleshoot the most common problems
relating to MSDE 2.0 setup.

Ananth Padmanabham and Yinn Wong.
Ananth Padmanabham has been
involved with Microsoft SQL Server since November 1998, starting with version
6.5. He is a Developer Support Professional in the SQL Server Database team,
and is a PSS SQL Support Professional. He has a master's degree in Computer
Science, and both the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and the Microsoft
Certified Database Administrator certifications.
Yinn Wong joined
Microsoft as a SQL Server Support Professional in January 2000. She has been
with PSS SQL Server during the release of SQL Server 7.0 and SQL Server 2000,
and has worked on a variety of SQL Server issues. Yinn has a master's degree in
Computer Science (specialized in the database field), and both the Microsoft
Certified Database Administrator and the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
certifications.
