Session Summary
Last year, Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS)
delivered several WebCasts on how the Exchange 2000 Server transport and
routing engines work, and how to troubleshoot problems that may arise. With
nearly a year and a half of experience with these support calls, we'd like to
revisit the subject and discuss some of the most common issues customers
encounter. In this WebCast, we will discuss common mail flow problems, and we
will highlight solutions for troubleshooting and solving those problems. We
will also review some of our best tricks for troubleshooting mail flow
problems. Finally, we will highlight some of our recommended best practices for
configuring your mail systems for optimum mail flow reliability.
This
is a
Level

e-mail systems and supporting customers of all kinds. His expertise is in SMTP,
