During this Support WebCast, you will learn about the
various options that are available for an SMS administrator to perform end-user
support (such as Help Desk activities), using Systems Management Server 2003.
These options include Remote Control, Remote Assistance, and Terminal Services.

Mead. Wally Mead has been with Microsoft for 10 years. He started in the
training organization, where he delivered training on LAN Manager. He began
working with SMS in 1994, and has been involved in the development and delivery
of all SMS training courses for Microsoft. He now works for the SMS product
group in the Early Adopter Program (EAP) group, and provides training for EAP
members.
