"Operation stopped at your request" error message when you try to use the Lotus Notes Connector (324705)

This article was previously published under Q324705 SYMPTOMS When a user is logged on to the server, the Lotus Notes
connector works, but when the user logs off the server, the Lotus Notes
connector does not work. If there are no users logged on to the server, the
following event ID message is logged in the Application event log:
Operation stopped at your request. If the error
occurs with the Lotus Notes Calendar Connector, the following event ID message
is logged in the Application event log: Event ID: 2001
Type: Warning Description: The Calendar Connector could not query
the calendar Notes user "Busytime Test/US/Americas@America" due to Notes error
413 - "Operation stopped at your request". RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, create a new system environment
variable using the following information, and then restart your computer: Name: NOTESNTSERVICE
