In this session, you will learn about common issues that users may face and how to troubleshoot and resolve these issues. You will hear about the new features of Windows Messenger that help make the user experience more enjoyable.

This is a Level 200 session that was recorded July 17, 2002 and presented by Juan J. Flowers. Juan J. Flowers has been involved with Microsoft since January 1992. He started as a college co-op and intern. Juan is an Honors Graduate of Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, NC, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering. He is currently a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Trainer (MCSE/MCT) and is a Content Developer for the Consumer Content and Services team, which provides online technical content for the Microsoft Support Web site. Juan has been involved with three resource kits and the Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and 6 Step By Step books.
