SYMPTOMS

After you restore the default setting of the window from the High Contrast appearance scheme of the Accessibility Options, the icons on the tool bar may disappear.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, minimize the window, and then press F5 to refresh the screen.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
