SUMMARY

The Wireless IntelliMouse Explorer must be connected to a universal serial bus (USB) port. It is not compatible with PS/2 ports or serial ports.

NOTE: If you try to connect the Wireless IntelliMouse Explorer to a PS/2 port or serial port by using an adapter, you may receive the following error message when you start your computer:
No mouse found.
If your computer does not have a USB port, you may be able to install a USB-to-PCI interface card or a USB-to-PCMCIA interface card that will add a USB port to your computer. Contact your computer retailer for more information.
