When you try to use your Hewlett-Packard (HP) Photosmart P1000 printer, you may receive the following error message:
Photosmart P1000 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If the error message is still displayed and you want to see the data that the error report contains, click the click here link at the bottom of the message box. You then see error signature information that may be similar to the following:

CAUSE
This issue may occur if you are not using the most current driver for your Photosmart P1000.
