SYMPTOMS

While you are using RealOne Player by RealNetworks, you may receive an error message that is similar to:
RealOne Player has encountered a problem and must be closed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If the error message is still displayed and if you want to see the data that the error report contains, click the click here link at the bottom of the message box. You then see error signature information that is similar to:

CAUSE

There is a known compatibility issue with this version of RealOne Player and Windows XP.

RESOLUTION
