SUMMARY

By default, MSN Communications Applications permits the user to select the MSO logo. However, as of Microsoft TV Server 1.0 Service Pack 2, the MSO logo is not selectable. This article explains how to customize MSN Communications Applications so that the logo is not selectable.

To customize MSN Communications Applications, follow these steps:
  1. Open the JavaScript file Mslogo.js, which is located in the following folder:

    Windows CE Root Directory\public\tvpak_browser\Content\OneWorldUI\common\common\PUBLIC\MSN\include
  2. Remove the anchor <a href='client:gohome'> and the end tag </a>.
  3. Save and close Msologo.js.
