When you print a document by using Word X for Mac, the printed document may be a blank, or parts of the printed text may be enlarged or distorted.
CAUSE
This problem is known to occur with the following printers:
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, contact your printer's manufacturer and obtain the latest version of the printer driver.

You may be able to work around this problem by changing the print quality setting in Word from Fine to Normal. To do this, follow these steps:
- On the File menu, click Print.
- In the Print dialog box, click Normal, and then click Print.
