How to Modify the Registry to Activate the Fix

You must add or modify a registry to activate the fix. To do this:
- Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).
- Locate and then click the following key in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook
- On the Edit menu, click Add Value, and then add the following registry value:
Value name: DisablePst
Data type: REG_DWORD
Value data: 1
- Quit Registry Editor.
