PRB: ATVEF Banners Do Not Appear in the Chat Application If You Start Chat in Partial View Mode (323200)

SYMPTOMS

If you use the Chat application in the partial view mode, Advanced Television Enhancement Forum (ATVEF) banners do not appear in the Chat application.

CAUSE

ATVEF banners do not appear if you are in any Web page. Because the Chat application is a Web application, banners does not appear on these pages, regardless of the Microsoft TV window that is running in the background.
