PRB: Services Dialog Box Is Hidden When You Use Commerce Server Site Packager to Unpack a Site (323097)

SYMPTOMS

When a user unpacks a site, two dialog boxes appear:
  • The Commerce Server Site Packager dialog box
  • The Services dialog box, in which the user types information
If the user is performing other tasks while Commerce Server unpacks the site, the Commerce Server Site Packager dialog box may appear on top of the Services dialog box.

Because the Services dialog box expects user input, the pup operation is blocked until the user types that information. If the Services dialog box is hidden behind another dialog box, the user does not type the information.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, press ALT+TAB to move between windows and dialog boxes.
