SYMPTOMS
In some environments, you may have to prevent Microsoft Outlook from sending attachments to the Microsoft Exchange Server while you create a message. This can be done by setting the DisableBGSave registry key. NOTE: This article applies to Outlook 98, Microsoft Outlook 2000, and Microsoft Outlook 2002.
