SYMPTOMS

When you try to create a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) request by using the Web Server Certificate Wizard in Internet Information Services (IIS) 5.0, some countries may be missing, and there is no option to add a new one.

RESOLUTION

Submit the certificate request by using the Certificate Services Web form. When you do this, you can specify the country code during the creation of the request.
