MORE INFORMATION

Most ISPs typically put many Web sites on a server. Each site typically has only several users. In the ISP configuration mode, users and groups are added directly to roles. This means that role membership must be managed through SharePoint Team Services. Each role membership update causes a change in the role's configuration. The role membership updates may cause changes in file system permissions.
