This article was previously published under Q322376 SYMPTOMS When you use the Type Library Importer (TlbImp.exe) to
generate an InterOp Assembly, the Type Library Importer fails, and you receive
the following error message: TlbImp error:
System.NullReferenceException - Object reference not set to an instance of an
object. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for
the Microsoft .NET Framework.
