Kawaks Version 1.0 Emulator Causes an Error Message in Windows XP (322368)

SYMPTOMS

When you are using the Kawaks emulator, you may receive the following error message:
winkawaks.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If the error message is still displayed and if you want to see the data that the error report contains, click the click here link at the bottom of the message box. You then see error signature information that may be similar to: 
   App name       App version  Module name         Module version  Offset
   ------------------------------------------------------------------------
   winkawaks.exe  1.0.0.1      kailleraclient.dll  0.0.0.0         0000164b

CAUSE

This issue may occur because Kawaks version 1.0 is not completely compatible with Windows XP.

RESOLUTION
