PRB: ANALYSIS: Campaign Item Summary Report Displays Unknown or Blank Row in the Report (322357)

SYMPTOMS

The Campaign Item Summary report displays a summary of activity by the Campaign item on your site. You can select to display report results for multiple sites. If you select to display all including Unknown, you see an entry in the report detail section with blank or unknown values:
  • Site(Unknown)
  • Advertiser(Blank)
  • Campaign(Blank)
  • Campaign Item(Missing Name for key #01) column(value)

CAUSE

The symptom only occurs when you select to display results from multiple sites, and then the data is recalculated and displayed again.

WORKAROUND

To resolve this problem, run the report again.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
