XCCC: Cannot Copy Items Between Public and Private Folders When Using Outlook Web Access (322253)

SYMPTOMS

When you try to copy or move items from your personal mailbox to a public folder by using Outlook Web Access (OWA), the copy or move fails. Additionally, you cannot complete any of the following actions:

• Copy or move items between public folder replicas hosted on different Exchange servers.
• Drag items between the private store and the public store, such as between your mailbox and a public folder.
• Send e-mail from a contact when you are logged into a public store, when you have delegate access for that contact.
• Send a meeting request when you are logged into a public store.
• Reply to e-mail when you are logged into a public store.
• Reply to a public folder post with e-mail when you are logged into a public store.
