SYMPTOMS

If you try to move to a folder in Outlook Web Access (OWA) 2000 that contains a uniform resource locator (URL) or address that has more than 2048 characters, a Macintosh Internet Explorer 4.5/5.0 browser may stop responding.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Service Pack 3 (SP3).
