XCCC: Customized OWA Options Return to Default Settings (322220)

SYMPTOMS

When you open Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA), you notice the custom options that you configured for your Calendar, Reminders, and Contacts folders have returned to their default settings. The only option that remains set to the custom configuration settings is the Out of Office Assistant.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.

CAUSE

This problem may occur if your user mailbox has been moved between two Exchange 2000 computers.
