This article was previously published under Q322216 SYMPTOMSWhen you log on to Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) using
an early version of a browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer 4, e-mail
messages are not rendered correctly and may appear to be corrupted. This
problem only occurs with e-mail messages that were composed by using a
character set that is different from the character set that is used on the
local Exchange 2000 computer.WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, use a later version of your
browser to read your OWA e-mail messages.STATUS Microsoft
has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed
at the beginning of this article.
