If you are using a Microsoft Windows NT logon name that uses double byte character set (DBCS) characters, you cannot log on to Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) by using Netscape. You are denied access.

DBCS characters are used in languages such as Japanese and Chinese. This problem may also occur if you are using a Windows NT logon name that uses an extended character set. Extended character sets are used in languages such as German and French.
