QoS Management Console Event ID 10035 Is Recorded (322146)

The following error message may be recorded in the application log:
Event Type: Warning
Event Source: RSVP Event
Category: None
Event ID: 10035
Description: This host can not be ACS since the Active Directory directory service has not been properly configured via the QoS ACS management console. Please configure the subnets via the QoS ACS management console.
CAUSE
This error message may be caused by improper settings in the Microsoft Windows 2000 Quality of Service (QoS) service.
RESOLUTION
To properly configure the QoS service:
- Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click QoS Admission Control to start the QoS Management console.
- In the console tree, click Subnetwork Settings.
- On the Action menu, click Add subnetwork. If you are reconfiguring an existing subnet, click Action, and then click Properties.
- Type the IP address for the subnet by using the following format:
IP address/subnet mask width in bits (for example, 192.168.16.0/24)
- On the Servers tab in the Subnetwork Properties dialog box, type the name of the server. You are then prompted for the domain name and password.
- Stop and then restart the QoS Admission Control service.
