After you try to use a command-line program such as Xcopy.exe or Copy.exe to copy a file from an encrypted folder to an unencrypted folder in Microsoft Windows XP, some programs may not work correctly.CAUSEThis problem may occur when the user temporary folders are encrypted, and the program that copies files cannot copy files from these temporary folders.RESOLUTIONService pack information
