- A portion of the text or the whole text in your publication is marked as "no proofing".
- In the same session, you previously clicked Ignore or Ignore All when the spelling checker reported a certain word as misspelled.

- Use your mouse to select the portion of the text where you want to check spelling. To select all of the text in the whole publication, press CTRL+A.
- On the Tools menu, point to Language, and then click Set Language.
- In the Language dialog box, click the language that your text is written in, and then click OK.
- Press F7 to check spelling in your publication.
The problem should be resolved now. If the problem persists, continue with steps 6 through 7. - Save any changes that you made to your publication, and then close it.
- Open the publication, and then press F7 to check spelling again.
MORE INFORMATION
With Microsoft Publisher, you can identify various sections of the text in your publication as being written in different languages, and then apply the correct dictionary to each section when you use the spelling checker. If your publication includes sections that do not have to be checked (for example, programming code), you can exclude them by designating them as "no proofing" in the Language dialog box.
