The Document Properties Do Not Appear During Check-in to SharePoint Portal Server with SSL (321984)

This article was previously published under Q321984 SYMPTOMS When you use SharePoint Portal Server in conjunction with
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the properties page does not appear when you check
in a document. CAUSE Internet Web Folder Forms uses a hard-coded length of
protocol prefix in the URL, which does not work with SSL (https//).
RESOLUTION To
resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft SharePoint
Portal Server 2001. For additional information, click the following article
