The SaveNow Program May Cause an Error Message (321966)

SYMPTOMS

While you are using SaveNow from WhenU.com on a Windows XP-based computer, you may receive the following error message:
Crash caused in savenow.exe!! SaveNow has encountered a problem and must be shut down. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If the error message is still displayed if and you want to see the data that the error report contains, click the click here link at the bottom of the message box. You then see error signature information that may be similar to:

savenow.exe   1.4.0.149     shdocvw.dll   6.0.2600.0       0003e967

CAUSE

There is a known issue with this version of SaveNow and Windows XP.

RESOLUTION

WhenU.com is aware of this issue and has provided a solution. To resolve this issue, obtain and install the latest version of SaveNow (version 1.58 or later) from the following WhenU.com Web site:

http://www.whenu.com/SaveNowInst.exe
