PalTalk Causes an Error Message in Windows XP (321919)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to use the A.V.M. Software PalTalk program, your computer may become unstable, or you may receive an error message that is similar to the following error message:
PalTalk has caused and error and must be closed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If the error message is still displayed and you want to see the data that the error report contains, click the click here link at the bottom of the message box. You then see error signature information that may be similar to the following: 
   App Name     App Version  Module Name  Module Version  Offset
   ---------------------------------------------------------------
   paltalk.exe  3.0.0.0      ntdll.dll    5.1.2600.0      0000310f

CAUSE

This issue may occur because PalTalk is not completely compatible with Windows XP.
