Use either or both of the following procedures to add your company logo and business address information to your invoices.

Add Your Business Address Information

  1. On the Accounts & Bills menu, click Account Setup.
  2. Click Update business information.
  3. In the What is your business address? section, type the information that you want to appear on your invoices.
  4. Click Next, and then click Done.

Add Your Company Logo

  1. On the File menu, point to Print Setup, and then click Invoice Setup.
  2. In the Invoice template list, click an invoice template with Logo in its name.
  3. Click to select the Use my company logo check box, and then click Pick Logo.
  4. Locate your logo, click the file, click OK, and then click OK.
