PRB: Memory Leak Requires a Periodic Restart of Web Telephony Engine (321191)

SYMPTOMS

Over time, Web Telephony Engine (WTE) 1.0 may leak memory.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because of the way that WTE interacts with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, periodically restart WTE.

STATUS

At this time, there are no plans to fix this leak.
