SYMPTOMS

While you are exporting an affinity list from Business Desk, you may see the following error in the Product Picker:
The ASP page reported an error.
Code: 0x1
Source: Business Desk Security error
Description: This operation cannot be completed because you do not have sufficient security permissions. Please see your Business Desk administrator for assistance.

CAUSE

You do not have the correct permissions to access the catalog in Business Desk.

RESOLUTION

You need to have Administrator permissions to access the catalog in the Business Desk Security module.
