SYMPTOMS

If you open a product in the Business Desk on one client and you begin editing it, and then on a second client, the same product is opened, edited, and then saved, the changes on the second client are overwritten when the first client saves the product.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
