SYMPTOMS

A Virtual Catalog is a catalog that references the product data in one or more base catalogs. When you create a Virtual Catalog from more than twenty base catalogs, you might receive an error when you open the Virtual Catalog in the Business Desk.

When you try to open a Virtual Catalog in the Business Desk with more than 20 base catalogs, you may receive the error message:
Error Type: Active Server Pages, ASP 0113 (0x80004005) The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools. /retailbizdesk/catalogs/editor/edit_CatalogContent.asp
