SYMPTOMS

When you remove or reinstall Go!Zilla on your Windows XP-based computer, you may receive the following error message:
Gozilla.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you view the data that the error report contains, the following error signature information may be listed:
   App Name     App Version  Module Name  Module Version  Offset
   ---------------------------------------------------------------
   gozilla.exe  4.1.0.37     ntdll.dll    5.1.2600.0	  0002e22a     
				

CAUSE

This issue may occur if you are using a version of Go!Zilla that is not completely compatible with Windows XP.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, obtain and install a version of Go!Zilla that is completely compatible with Windows XP. WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, note that you must quit Go!Zilla before you try to remove or reinstall Go!Zilla. To quit Go!Zilla, right-click the Go!Zilla icon, and then click Exit.
