When you remove or reinstall Go!Zilla on your Windows XP-based computer, you may receive the following error message:
Gozilla.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you view the data that the error report contains, the following error
signature information may be listed:

CAUSE
This issue may occur if you are using a version of Go!Zilla that is not completely compatible with Windows XP.
RESOLUTION
