SYMPTOMS

When you are using the Disney Interactive Emperor's New Groove - Groove Center program, you may receive the following error message:

Eng.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If you view the data that the error report contains, the following error signature information may be listed:
