PRB: Cannot Open the Diagnostics Screen When the Screen Saver Is Running (320650)

SYMPTOMS

For the DCT5000 set-top box, when you try to open Onscreen Display Diagnostics, the diagnostics menu does not appear when the screen saver is running.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, do one of the following:
  • Press any key to close the screen saver before you open the diagnostics.

    -or-
  • Select Watch TV before you open the diagnostics.
