FIX: Cannot View Four or More User Accounts on the Remove User Page (320618)

When more than four user accounts, including the main user account, are set up, the user accounts do not appear on the Remove User page.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, install the latest service pack for Microsoft TV Server.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
This problem was corrected in Microsoft TV Server 1.0 Service Pack 2.
MORE INFORMATION
When three or fewer user accounts, including the main user account, are set up, the list of user accounts appears on the Remove User page.
NOTE: When the number of user accounts is greater than or equal to four, you can remove a user account even though the accounts are not displayed. However, you cannot see which user account you are removing.
