SYMPTOMS

When you try to use Microsoft Money 2002 Help, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following:

CAUSE

This issue may occur if one of the Microsoft Internet Explorer files is damaged.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, download and install the latest version of Internet Explorer. To do this, follow these steps:

Visit the following Microsoft Web site:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search.asp?
In the Top Downloads list, click the latest version of Internet Explorer.
In the Select Language list, click the language that you want to use, and then click Go.
Follow the instructions that appear on the screen download and install Internet Explorer.
