While you are using version 6.10.0.225 or earlier of Jukebox by MusicMatch, you may receive the following error message:

Mmjb.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

CAUSE

There is a known issue with Jukebox version 6.10.0.225 or earlier and Windows XP.
